Dental Performance Assessments and Courses

Promethean Dental Systems collaborates with partners to provide Dental Performance assessments and courses to develop comprehensive dental skill and efficiency.  Dental Performance assessments and courses are offered for Hygienists and Dentists.  All courses are provided by a team of professionals and are tailored to meet the requirements of all 50 states and 3 territories.  All courses combine online learning, virtual reality, patient-less simulation, objective grading and provide both verbal and visual feedback to participants.

The Performance Institute

The Performance Institute provides an assessment of Dental Associates and Dental Hygienists using patient-less simulation.  A participant will participate in a morning huddle and perform a day of production, just like they would do in a dental practice.  When the participant completes the production day, they are given a score from 0-100.  The score is derived using a proprietary scoring system that provides insights into the skill and efficiency of the participant.  Promethean Dental Systems provides the Performance Institute as a pre and post assessment for Residency Programs and Performance Learning Programs, where remediation opportunities are identified and addressed.  Employers who leverage the Performance Institute receive an assessment of efficiency gains and the associated return on investment for developing comprehensive dental skill and efficiency.
