      How do I begin onboarding for Remediate+?

      1. Go to the Promethean Dental Systems website: https://www.prometheandentalsystems.com
      2. Select PDS Evolve in the main menu and then select Remediate+ in the sub menu
      3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and complete the "Remediation Onboarding Form."
