How do I get instructions for my Remediate+ services?
Once you have purchased your Remediate+ services via the Remediation Services Quote, you will receive an email that includes the following information:
- Your receipt
- Instructions for scheduling your services
- Instructions on how to access the Customer Knowledge Base
- Instructions on how to contact the Technical Support Desk for assistance
Begin by scheduling your Remediate+ services at one of the locations provided by clicking the location's link and choosing a day/time that is convenient for you at least 3 weeks in advance of the date you are scheduling the Remediate+ services. Once you schedule the Remediate+ services, you will be assigned a monitor and we will be awaiting your arrival.
