How do I get instructions for my Standard course, subscription or program?
Once you have purchased your Standard course, subscription or program, you will receive an email that includes the following information:
- Your receipt
- Instructions for scheduling your services
- Instructions on how to access the Customer Knowledge Base
- Instructions on how to contact the Technical Support Desk for assistance
Begin by scheduling your Standard course or program at one of the locations provided by clicking the location's link and choosing a day/time that is convenient for you at least 3 weeks in advance of the date you are scheduling the Remediate+ services. Once you schedule the Standard course or program, you will be assigned a monitor and we will be awaiting your arrival.
If you have any questions, please contact the Technical Help Desk and complete a ticket. Our team will respond and provide the answers to your questions.
