How do I get instructions for my Custom Order course?

Once you have purchased your Custom Order course via the Custom Order Course Quote, you will receive an email that includes the following information:

  1. Your receipt
  2. Instructions for scheduling your services
  3. Instructions on how to access the Customer Knowledge Base
  4. Instructions on how to contact the Technical Support Desk for assistance

Begin by scheduling your Custom Order course at one of the locations provided by clicking the location's link and choosing a day/time that is convenient for you at least 3 weeks in advance of the date you are scheduling the Remediate+ services.  Once you schedule your Custom Order course, you will be assigned a monitor and we will be awaiting your arrival.
